Job Description
1. To take a key role in the production of daily Revenue / Sales reporting. These Financial reports would be used by the finance areas and senior Equities sales managers.
2. Production of ‘Top Trades report’ which provides details of the Top trades done and relevant co-ordination with the sales person for the same.
3. Maintenance of the daily procedures in Ms Access. Determination and resolution of any problems that arose with the databases and development of new procedures in Access.
4. Migrate all reports & processes to ProClarity for Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Adhoc Reporting
5. Reporting for Client Locations/European Branches and provide /update relevant information required for Continental Reporting
6. Assist the business managers to assess and answer the needs of their business from a Revenue reporting and control perspective.
7. Manipulation of data using Pivot Table for reconciliations.
8. Ad hoc analyses including analyzing Revenue by clients by sales person and by product, to help the business with strategic decision making.
9. Inputting journals entries where adjustments are required.
10. Production of Weekly & monthly reports as and when suggested by the counter part.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. CVandidate must have 2-3 years of experience.
2. Proficieny in Financial MIS
3. Good Excel and Access Skills.
4. Good Communication Skills.
