Desired Profile: Qualification : BE/MBA/CA
Experience : more than 10 years
Skills: This role will head the implementation of change in India.
Experience with different Project/Testing methodologies, project lifecycles, dependencies within a project.
Implementing the detailed process and organisational designs in line with the agreed Target Models
Maintain a team capable of implementing business change.
Experience of implementing transformation programmes
Knowledge of change management activities in the context of Business Transformation.
Understand the overall testing approach from component testing and System integration testing.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
