JOB DESCRIPTION : Preferred with exp in Banks & Financial service sector Credit policy all type of loans like term loan project loan trade finance bill discounting loan proposals agrements disbursements documentation lessoning sanctions Ex banker / or any one working in any bank financial institution sector. work would be to raise money by way of Private Equity FCCB and ECB for Indian corporate from the foreign Banks and Private Equity investors based in Singapore Coordinating with client i.e. Business Houses / Corporate Groups and Banks / Financial Institutions Maintaining MIS of all contact details We need an efficient Business Developer and Co-coordinator managing the front end to and more corporate clients and establish new contacts with more banks and financial. Relationships simultaneously to handle existing business relationships for Corporate Debt & Private Equity assignments. There should be willingness and flexible approach in the candidate to move out. Candidate personal interaction with the Corporate banks and Financial Institutions Preferred with exp in Banks & Financial service sector Credit policy all type of loans like term loan project loan trade finance bill discounting loan proposals agreements disbursements documentation lessoning sanctions Ex banker / or any one working in any bank financial institution sector. PFSL has an active participation in syndication of corporate loans (short term & long term) Bills Discounting Inter Corporate Deposits (ICDs) and also in various other debt instruments like Commercial Paper Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Preference Shares with many of the top rated/listed Corporate. PFSL is a member of NSE for their Wholesale Debt Market Segment. The Company is already dealing (Trading / Broking) in Corporate / PSU Bonds. The Company plans to start its operations in SLR securities very shortly PFSL has an active participation in syndication of corporate loans (short term & long term) Bills Discounting Inter Corporate Deposits (ICDs) and also in various other debt instruments like Commercial Paper Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Preference Shares with many of the top rated/listed Corporate. We have recently started distribution of Mutual Funds and Life Insurance Products. PFSL is a member of NSE for their Wholesale Debt Market Segment. The Company is already dealing (Trading / Broking) in Corporate / PSU Bonds. The Company is now entering into the Debt Segment. We have also obtained Membership of NSE for their wholesale Debt Market Segment.
