Compensation Survey as per organization requirement.
HR policy drafting
Manpower Planning etc
Other Relevant Additional Inputs
Experience in survey methods like HAY method, Mercer etc
Previous experience in policy drafting, Manpower planning
Worked in a large organization
Good knowledge of MS office
Excellent communication
