Experience of managing a team ( 2-4 people)
Willing to travel extensively between chennai,pune and mumbai
Base location can be chennai or pune
MBA HR or MPM
Must have prepared HR dashboards, made HR presentations, HR scorecards
HR Analytics Excell and Powerpoint skills are very important.
Must have customer facing communication skills ( verbal and written)
