Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Role
Overseeing the leasing of space in the malls at different locations.
Bringing in the right tenant mix to ensure increase in the footfalls.
Focus on implementation of the strategies for exploitation, developed by the corporate.
Transaction focus and conversion.
Implementation and monitoring of a strategy for leasing.
Increase in revenues from projects to be launched through leasing.
Coordination with different retailers & consultants in the area of F&B, entertainment, apparel & departmental store.
Coordination with vendors, landlord’s retailers and company representatives.
Creation of a better brand image to attract retailers and vendors.
Increase cost efficiencies and quality factors for the entire mall.
Coordination with other departments& Corporate team.
Terms of costs, quality and timelines.
Generation of MIS on weekly basis
Manage the database of the retailers
Identify non performing retailers and take corrective measures to improve performance. Also look at re-leasing strategies before the retailer fails.
Maintain strong focus on back end management like documentation of LOI, L & L agreements , Income summary forms and other leasing related procedure.
Interactions: – with marketing research agencies, developers/landlords, retailers & company representatives etc.
Reporting:Head- Mall Management

Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduate Preferred MBA
Minimum years of experience in retail consulting leasing or broking or reputed developers , real estate consultants & commercial agency (not only retail)etc…
