Job Description
Broad knowledge of RDBMS concepts and features
Working knowledge of Oracle (8i/9i) and database administration experience including :
Installation
Monitoring and Tuning Database, SQL and PL/SQL
Oracle Dictionary views
Oracle Utilities Export, Import, Loader, etc
Backup and recovery
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of :Oracle Development suite (6/6i Forms/Report/Designer)
AIX, Windows NT/2000 Operating System and network environment
Good analytical, written and oral communication skills
Degree in Computer sciences, Information Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience with 10g database, 10g Forms/Reports and Oracle 10g application server administration is a plus
Work experience of 2-3 years as an Oracle DBA
