QUALIFICATION
Engineers , working in top-notch Companies. Experience in DB administration in USA a plus. The candidate should be amongst the BEST in the domain of DB administration, and should have worked in Tier-4 capacity in fixing problems. Professionals though not Mandatory Must: . Minimum 5 yrs experience in Oracle 8/8i/9i/ experience monitoring and maintaining production OLTP intimate disaster recovery experience advanced knowledge of SQL understanding of normalized data models experience with 24×7 operational database comfortable with Solaris and Windows NT conversant in shell/Perl scripting is a plus experience using DBA studio or DB Artisan (GUI DBA tools) experience using RMAN experience in a team environment comfortable dealing directly with managers and clients add to these ,Soft skills like (drive, proactive and willing to learn…) Plus: experience monitoring and maintaining production DSS databases experience using oracle partitioning experience using advanced replication
