Responsibility for defining and agreeing performance targets in conjunction with the clients, Global Operations Team and developing the requisite target operating model to deliver to expectation
Ensure a commercial focus is embedded across process in India through successful education and consistent application of Active Operations Management and other initiatives
Knowledge and experience of working with India-based operations
Performance improvement experience/knowledge of lean processing techniques would be a benefit.
