Job Description
1. Min. 8+ yrs experience. A strong Microsoft Technologies person with 70% into Technical and 30% into Technical Mentoring space.
2. The candidate will drive the implementation of key identified IT projects within approved budgets, time frames and other constraints. A self-starter who has awareness and persuasiveness to create alignment between key stake holders He/She will work with all levels in the organization.
3. Strong on Application Architecture and Release Management.
4. A strong background rooted in operations, technology and System development/implementation is required. Strong understanding of key business drivers.
5. Capable of driving multiple project streams and ensuring delivery of key milestones. Demonstrable experience of one or more structured project methodologies is important for this role.
6. The candidate should have excellent planning, communication and leadership skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Well qualified technical manager with min of 7+ years of IT experience out of which 1 year at least in application architecture space. This candidate should have preferably managed a development team of people.
- .NET Tools and Technologies: Experience of leveraging the same and designing, architecting, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications.
- Databases: Database skills for SQL Server Development, SQL Reporting services, Deployment, 64 bit implementations and Performance Tuning. Also, have fair knowledge on SQL OLAP, SQL Server Data Mining, Data Warehousing, and Business-Intelligence. Candidates with similar skills on competing platforms are also welcome.
- Should have excellent communication skills. Able to talk efficiently and effectively with the global development team and have the talent of challenging technically.
- Must able to lead a project with less dependency and control the project with respect to schedule and quality.
- Bring technical expertise based on development experience, and make sound technical decisions to deliver high quality projects.
