Designation : Site Accounts Officer/Accounts Executive
Job Description : Handle funds transfer as well as accounting of expenses at site in Meghalaya.
To maintain separate cash book for site expenses.
Disbursement of funds including cash and cheques for site expenses as per approved budgets and proper vouching for the same.
Handle local banking operations including withdrawal of cash and bank Reconciliation.
Create systems for budgeting and cost control at sites during Project implementation
Co-ordinate with Head Office Accounts for timely funds transfer and maintain smooth flow of funds for site expenses. Also prepare monthly cash flows for sites.
Prepare site MIS reports for different cost centres such as Guest House etc.
To deposit all statutory dues in time and to file all local statutory returns Relating to Land revenue, Water Cess etc.
Reconciliation of party’s ledgers and accounting of outstanding advances, if any.
To provide full support to HO Accounts for preparing Balance Sheets, MIS etc.
Will look after computer hardware and software at site and guide operational people relating to computer operations.
Desired Profile : 5 10 years experience in Accounts Department of a reputed manufacturing or services company with minimum 2 yrs exposure to site accounting in a project company or branch accounting.
Candidate belonging to North East would be preferred.
