Job Description
We are currently in a process to expand our Recruiting team, and are looking for suitable professionals to fill in the multiple positions as mentioned below. All selected Candidates would be required to work out of our office in Ahmedabad and would be required to work in line with US Office timings (Night Shift).
1) Sr. IT Recruiter (1 position)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to:Responsibilities will include taking care of the entire IT recruitment Life Cycle.Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, candidates & candidate sources.Should be able to perform independently and also mentor juniors.Sourcing and recruiting candidates with varied levels of experience spanning a wide array of IT skills as well as built new business from direct clients and first-tier vendors.Performing proactive recruiting by creating a strong candidate database and hot-bench.Meeting a quick turn-around time in responding to requirements.Evaluating candidate skills, understanding strengths & preferences and Conducting reference checks, salary/rate negotiation etc.Preparing job description and posting on recruiting web-sites like monster Dice etc.Shall also work with the Management in assessing the market and setting up the Sales and Growth Strategies for the company.Candidates with good network of contacts in the US IT consulting or Contract Market are welcomed to apply with their updated Resumes for immediate interviews.
2) Back office Administrator/Jr. Recruiter (2 positions)
Responsibilities
Preparing job description and posting on recruiting web-sites like monster Dice etc.Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, formatting resume and finalizing candidates for requirements.The candidate will be responsible for running reference checks within stipulated time.Coordinating with Technical Panel for all technical Interviews and Client Interviews.In house training on US staffing (sales & recruitment) would be provided.Willing to work in Night shiftsFreshers looking for a career in US Staffing are most welcome to apply for this position.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Sr. IT Recruiter (1 position)
Required Experience
Suitable candidate should have 4-7 years of prior experience working as a Recruiter/Placement Exec with US Based I.T Consulting/Staffing companies.
Well versed in the full consulting lifecycle viz. sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, hiring, marketing, placing and maintaining.
Prior experience recruiting IT Professionals (Developers, Testers, Database Admins, Project Managers etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills.
Well versed in the usage of Internet based recruiting tools (Dice, Hot-Jobs, Monster etc.)
Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and take prudent decisions.
Should have a positive attitude facilitating acquiring and sharing knowledge, in addition to being Assertive and Dynamic.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast changing business needs.
Should have a good understanding about the Technical and IT Staffing terminologies.
2) Back office Administrator/Jr. Recruiter (2 positions)
Required Experience
Any graduate degree with good knowledge of IT skills.
Sound knowledge of MS office (word, excel, outlook).
Strong communication and inter personal skills and ability to work independently.
Any experience with International BPO/Call Center as an Executive/Team Leader would be a plus.
