Job Description

The Reporting will be to General Manager HR (Head of Department)

To forecast establishment budget (manpower planning), execute performance management process, and develop and review HR polices WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF establishing effective manpower planning and development and performance management system

Implementation of the New Grading System, New Compensation System, New Performance Human Resource Management system.

Manage performance appraisal process including draft KPIs and MBOs, all forms and

formats, schedule and communication of performance review meetings, compile employee details and annual appraisal report, manage PMS HRIS, ensure salary revision based on performance ratings and training programs for the identified development needs IN ORDER TO ensure motivated employees with an effective

performance management system

Establish Employee Relations by building employee and supervisor/manager

relationships. through ingredients : 1. communication 2.trust 3.ethics 4.morals

5.Fairness 6.feelings 7.beliefs 8.expectations 9.conflict resolution 10.career counseling 11.career development 12.leadership and many other intangibles

Develop and maintain online HRIS and master database, Organization Structure,Policies,Performance Appraisals,On line Travel system IN ORDER TO ensure timely access of updated data and information & reduction in paper work ,time & cost.

Review & Develop HR policies & Procedues related to people development as per HR goals and market best practices, establish, execute and implement HR policies IN ORDER TO ensure standardization of all people development practices

Implement the Psychometric Analysis System in the Recruitment Process

Desired Candidate Profile

* Post Graduate in Human Resources ( MBA-HR)

* Gender: Female only

* 7-10 years experience in core HR at the corporate level, preferably in manufacturing industry

* People skills, Initiator, public relations, quantitative and analytical skills, IT skills (MSOffice)

* Knowledge of manufacturing and auto industry HR issues and best practices

* Resident of NOIDA/ Greater NOIDA/East Delhi would be preferred
