Job Description
Plumbing:Good Knowledge of project design, conceptual planning, preliminary design report, detailed design, working drawings, specifications ,quantity schedule, cost estimate ,tender invitation, tender valuation, contract agreement ,shop drawing verification & site visits.
1) Design Capability of hot water head end system, steam boiler system.
2) Good knowledge and design capability to prepare specification and layout of STP.
3) Knowledge of design of HSD storage and distribution system.
4) Should be able to prepare tender documents for the above mentioned services.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Knowledge of local codes such as NBC Part IX.
2) Capability to design cold (domestic/ flushing) and hot water (and hot water return/reverse retun) piping.
3) Knowledge to design water treatment plant for the projects.
4) Select water distribution pumping system for the project.
5) Should be able to identify civil requirements of sunken areas, shaft sizes and cut-out location/size.
6) Should be able to decide layouts of waste and soil piping as required for various areas.
7) Good knowledge of design of storm water drainage system considering requirement of roof rain water down take pipes, sub-soil drainage and external landscape drainage.
Should be able to design swimming pool treatment plant.
9) Should be able to prepare tender documents for the above mentioned services.
