Job Description
Leading the technical team for developing applications on .NET platform based on design specifications.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of architecture designing.
Will be involved in coding using ASP.net, SQL server, VB .Net
Analyzing complex requirements, software change requests and detailed technical specifications.
Understanding of Software Product Development, Deployment and support processes.
Proficient in tracking and bringing defects to closure, this includes but not limited to entering, routing, updating defects and communicating and coordinating with customers and development teams.
He will also be required to travel overseas (US) for short durations as and when required.
Mentoring & leading the technical team.
A motivated leader with technical zeal to mentor the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 years of development experience on Microsoft technologies like VB, ASP, C sharp, VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML and SQL Server of which a minimum of 2 years of experience on .Net Framework Experience in entire software development life cycle eg.feasibility, system studies, design, coding, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance
Should have strong understanding and exposure of web based projects
Thorough understanding of Configuration Management
Product Developmentand CMM level background would be preferred.
Engineering graduate preferably CS or BSc with GNIIT
