1.Minimum 6yrs of experience in web application development using Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlet,EJB).
2.Knowledge of an application server like JBOSS or Web logic or WebShpere.
3.Must have 1 yr experience in any framework like Java Struts or Spring or JSF.
4.Person should be well versed with software development life cycle.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Education: BE/ B.Tech / MCA / MSc.Comp, Science
IT Experience: 6-10 yrs.
Desired Profile Based on the design deliver high quality source code. You will be responsible for managing a team of java, j2ee Developers and resolve their issues.
Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
Mentors and trains both peers and less senior software development staff in areas of domain expertise and internal procedures.
You will help in managing project on day-to-day basis through meetings, schedule follow-ups and communication to program manager and other key stakeholders, on technical and project management status, challenges and issues.
