Job Description
Manage all important information related to various business and technical issues and develop a user friendly filing system
Prepare presentations for key events (India / Overseas)
Participate in key meetings and events with the Chairman
Research information over the internet and other sources as required
Provide inputs in various business and technical decisions
Provide key advise on strategic and tactical issues related to all business divisions
Provide initial input on business plans and other technical proposals
Communicate the information flowing from Chairman’s office to rest of the organization effectively

Excellent command over written and spoken English
Multitasking ability
Ability to effectively work independently under minimal supervision
Good communicator
Excellent skills at Microsoft Office (especially Word / Excel and Power Point)
Excellent command over using Microsoft Outlook
Good negotiations & interpersonal skills
