Job Description: We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.
This position requires permanent relocation to USA immediately after joining.
Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate must have * At least 5 years of total experience in Sales, HR and/or Recruiting * Atleast 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a similar role for US market. * Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends * Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) * Strong communication and inter personal skills * Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
